About Resto 9
Resto9 was born out of enthusiasm whereby, after already three decades of hobby key work on classic cars, in recent years the emphasis has been on classic Porsches. The hobby key work on classic Porsches has gotten somewhat out of hand. During various wrenching moments, we wondered if it would be interesting to share and/or offer activities to other Porsche enthusiasts. Therefore, we decided to turn our enthusiasm into a business activity under the name Resto9. Since we already spend most of the day in the workshop with our other business activities for Rym Design & Manufacturing, the combination was fairly easy to make. Regularly still with the parts in hand the idea of manufacturing or stocking parts ourselves arose.
In doing so, we relied on our existing suppliers in terms of purchasing/manufacturing. Think of new galvanized and / or yellow / black passivated bolt work, mill-turn, sheet metal parts. This subsequently led to us putting items on the shelf and/or having them produced ourselves without compromising on quality. We now have various parts produced by ourselves and/or under our own name. The emphasis will initially be on assembly materials and sheet metal parts/work of which we think that we can meet the enthusiast in there to make it even easier to enjoy tinkering. The diversity of parts we will expand over time and regularly add to the webshop so keep following us.
Cars
We will try to keep the car offerings limited to a few cars. We do not want to emphasize that with regard to our business activities. The cars and / or project cars that we offer, we will, before we offer them for sale, thoroughly inspect. We look for both the positive and negative sides of the vehicle offered and will also show and communicate these. We are not real sellers but enthusiasts who want to offer a car objectively and with an open mind. For the potential buyer we try to create a complete picture regarding the condition of the car and the associated work that we believe one will certainly encounter. Whether it is about repair or restoration of the car, it is always up to the customer what he wants to achieve with the car.

In our web shop you will find assembly materials, assembly sets, parts, sheet metal and tools that we believe can be useful in the restoration, repair or reconstruction of your classic car. We certainly do not pretend to have everything available on the market, far from it. There are plenty of suppliers on the market.
The number of parts, assembly sets and other items to make it even easier for the enthusiast to work on the classic Porsche will be regularly expanded on our webshop. And especially with parts of which we think that we can do the enthusiast an extra favor. We seek our own way and determine on the basis of our work and experience what items in our eyes are interesting to produce ourselves.
