Resto 9 was born out of enthusiasm where years of hobbyist wrench work on classic Porsches got somewhat out of hand. During various key moments on the classic Porsches we asked ourselves if we could provide certain classic Porsche parts and / or repair / restoration work for other enthusiasts and we have now continued. Therefore we have decided to transform our enthusiasm into a dynamic company.

Since we already spend most of the day in the workshop with our other business activities for Rym Design & Manufacturing, the combination was fairly easy to make. Regularly still with the parts in hand, the idea of manufacturing or stocking parts ourselves sprang to mind.

In doing so, we relied on our existing suppliers in terms of purchasing/manufacturing. Think of new galvanized and / or yellow / black passivated bolt work, mill-turn, sheet metal parts. This subsequently led to us putting items on the shelf and/or having them produced ourselves without compromising on quality. We now have various parts produced by ourselves and/or under our own name. The emphasis will initially be on assembly materials and sheet metal parts/work of which we think that we can meet the enthusiast in there to make it even easier to enjoy tinkering. The diversity of parts we will expand over time and regularly add to the webshop so keep following us.
